College doesn't happen
once a week.

Support shouldn't either.

ADHD U gives college students ongoing places to plan, get unstuck, work alongside other students, build real-life skills, and practice managing college more independently.

There isn't one "right" way to use ADHD U.
Some weeks you may need a lot of support. Other weeks, you may just need a place to make your plan and get moving.

That's the point.

THEN ONCE A MONTH...

Take a Sidequest.

College requires a surprising number of skills that have nothing to do with your major.

Budgeting. Cooking. Finding an apartment. Registering for classes. Using accommodations. Finding internships. Managing your health. Building a resume. LinkedIn.

Nobody hands you a syllabus for those.
So we made one.

ADHD U SIDEQUESTS

Each month, we tackle a different real-life challenge through practical workshops designed for college students with ADHD.

You'll learn things you can actually use now, not someday after graduation.

WHAT IF I NEED
MORE SUPPORT?

ADHD U is the starting point.

We intentionally don't start every student with expensive, high-touch 1:1 coaching.

Every student begins inside ADHD U.

It gives you access to planning, accountability, Office Hours, body doubling, Sidequests, tools, resources, and support while you figure out what actually works for you.

When additional support is appropriate and 1:1 availability opens, engaged ADHD U members are considered first.

The goal isn't the most support possible. It's the right support at the right time.

COMING MAY 2027

ADHD U Microinternships

Real experience. With support built in.

Eligible Annual ADHD U Members will have first access to apply for short-term, paid Microinternship opportunities with participating small businesses.

Students can build professional experience while continuing to have ADHD U's planning, accountability, and executive functioning support behind them.

Because getting the opportunity is only part of learning how to navigate work.

Opportunities are limited and vary by participating business, project requirements, qualifications, location, availability, and fit. Annual membership provides eligibility and first access but does not guarantee placement.

You don't have to have college figured out.

That's what you're here to learn.

Your university teaches the subjects that lead to your degree.

ADHD U helps you practice the systems, skills, and problem-solving that help you navigate everything around that degree.

Start with support.
Practice with support.
Build toward independence.
