what is the refund policy:
There are no refunds on digital products, or Coaching Services purchased. Coaching services must be scheduled within 12 months of purchase. NextStep Navigators will attempt to contact a student 5 times to schedule, then it will be the students responsibility to make contact to schedule within the timeframe.
