Understanding the College Transition for ADHD Students
In this session, we’ll explore how the shift from high school to college presents unique challenges for ADHD students, including changes in support systems, academic expectations, and the responsibilities they’ll need to manage for a successful transition. This workshop will run live Tuesday, April 29th at 1pm EDT
In this session, we’ll dive into key executive functioning skills such as time management, task initiation, and prioritization, and explore practical strategies to help your ADHD student develop the independence they need to succeed in college. This workshop will run live Wednesday, April 30th at 1pm EDT
Navigating Accommodations and College Support Systems
In this session, we’ll guide parents through the process of understanding and accessing college accommodations, as well as how to effectively engage with Disability Services and other campus resources to support their ADHD student’s success. This workshop will run Live Thursday, May 1st at 1pm EDT.

Meet Amy ~
Amy is a Behavior Analyst. With a Masters in Psychology, Amy has worked serving families, children and students with learning differences and behavioral disorders for more than 15 years. After launching 3 children of her own to college in the last 5 years, she witnessed many of her children's neurodivergent classmates falling through the cracks needlessly. NextStep Navigators serves ADHD and Neurodivergent College Students on any Campus. We provide innovative ADHD Coaching, and Executive Functioning Supports.

Launching kids to college is intense! It's expensive, emotional, and a lot of work. If your child also needs extra support academically, socially or with their executive functioning skills it can also be terrifying. This workshop will help calm some of that overwhelm.
