Mom… I think I’m failing

Something felt off.
You kept saying you’d catch up.
Answer that email.
Get organized this weekend.

But the deadlines piled up.
The GPA slipped.
The motivation vanished.

Now it feels like you’re drowning—
And no one sees how hard you’re actually trying.

Let’s be real:
You’re not lazy.
You’re not broken.
But college wasn’t built for ADHD brains.

You don’t need a lecture.
You need a system.

One that works with your brain, not against it.
One that helps you follow through, even when you’re tired, overwhelmed, or stuck.
One that supports you—without treating you like a child.

That’s why we created ADHD U:
Weekly planning. (So that your calendar works for you, not against you)

Body doubling. (So that you're not stuck trying to do academic work alone and getting nowhere)
Real-life strategies for getting sh*t done.

You bring the brain.
We’ll help you build the structure. (So that you can stop relying on last-minute panic to get things done)

You’re not failing because you’re not smart.
You’re stuck because college wasn’t designed for ADHD brains.

It’s not just about working harder.
It’s about learning how to work differently.

No one teaches you how to:

✅ Build a weekly routine that actually works for your brain
✅ Start and finish assignments without last-minute panic
✅ Bounce back after failure without shame
✅ Move forward when you’re overwhelmed and don’t know where to start

Without that kind of support?
It’s easy to fall behind.
And even easier to give up.

ADHD U gives you the tools, structure, and support to get unstuck—so you can move forward with confidence.

So, Here’s What We Did...

We took everything we’ve learned from supporting ADHD students at every major stage—
and built a system for students who just need some structure to stay in motion.

Not a parent.
Not a therapist.
Not a micromanager.

Just a system that teaches them to manage themselves.

Introducing:

You want to feel capable—without needing a total life overhaul.

→ADHD U gives you realistic tools and routines that actually work for you—no shame, no pressure, just progress.

Let’s Be Honest…

The Fee to Join ADHD U

Is a Drop in the Bucket

Compared to What You’re Gonna Get

It can also help you avoid the costly mistakes so many ADHD students make—like failed classes, dropped semesters, or missed deadlines that delay graduation (and rack up more tuition bills).

With the right systems, support, and structure in place, ADHD U helps you build habits that stick—saving you time, money, and stress.

Imagine getting back on track faster, staying there longer, and finally gaining momentum in college and life.

The value? Way more than the price to join. The payoff? Long-term success, consistency, and the confidence that comes from finally figuring out what works for YOUR brain.

But really, the most important thing to think about here is this:

What would it be worth to finally have PEACE OF MIND knowing your college ADHD support system is already in place?

✅ Imagine starting each week with a plan you actually know how to follow.
✅ You’re not waking up panicked, trying to remember what’s due or what you forgot.
✅ You’re not constantly playing catch-up after another “oops” moment.

You’re making progress—in school, with your routines, and in your ability to manage life with ADHD.

And you’re doing it without:

🚫 Needing a private coach for $250/session.
🚫 Signing up for another productivity course that assumes your brain works like everyone else’s.
🚫 Constantly asking for extensions, do-overs, or second chances.

Just real tools, real support, and a system that actually works with your brain.

And here’s the best part:

You get all of this for just $49/month as a Founding Member of ADHD U.

That’s less than the cost of a late-drop credit hour…
Way less than therapy or tutoring…
And a fraction of what it would cost to work 1:1 with a coach (if spots were even available).

If you’ve ever wished someone would just show you how to manage ADHD in college—this is it.

🧠 Structure.
🎓 Strategy.
🙌 Support.

All in one place. All built for you.

Got Questions? Check This Out…

How is ADHD U different from hiring a private ADHD coach?

ADHD U gives you consistent support at a fraction of the cost. You’ll still get expert guidance, planning calls, accountability, and tools—but in a group format that’s flexible, affordable, and less intense than 1:1 coaching.

Can parents sign their student up?

Yes! Many parents enroll their students and gift this support. We even include onboarding emails you can forward to help them get started with as little friction as possible. We do encourage you to discuss it with them ahead of time, and make sure they are open to support.

Is there a commitment or can I cancel anytime?

You’re in control! You can cancel anytime directly from your dashboard. But most students stick around because it works. Just give us 7 days notice before your billing date and we will cancel you anytime.

What happens on the weekly planning calls?

Each week, a coach helps you plan your assignments, set realistic goals, and build a routine that actually works. Think of it like a friendly reset button every week.

Do I need to be neurodivergent or diagnosed with ADHD to join?

Nope! If you struggle with focus, procrastination, or keeping up with the demands of college life, you’re welcome here.

What if I’m embarrassed or nervous to join?

Totally normal—and totally okay. You don’t have to talk, turn your camera on, or share unless you want to. You’ll find a low-pressure, judgment-free space where everyone gets it.

How much does it cost?

Founding members pay just $37/month, and that price is locked in for as long as you stay active. The price will go up soon, but your rate won’t—so now’s the best time to join.

What if I realize I need more support?

ADHD U members get first access to our limited 1:1 coaching spots. If you join and realize you need a bit more help, you’ll be at the front of the line when a spot opens. Our 1:1 Coaching spots are $1797 a semester, for ADHD U students we pro-rate that fee as appropriate if joining in the middle of a semester.

How is ADHD U different from 1:1 coaching?

ADHD U is designed for students who don’t need—or aren’t ready for—high-touch, individualized support but still want structure, accountability, and expert guidance to stay on track.

With 1:1 coaching, you get personalized 1:1 weekly sessions, a full 1:1 assessment and planning session, deep dives on strengths, weaknesses and barriers and ongoing direct access to a coach (6 days a week). It’s great for students who need intensive support, customized plans, or are really struggling. 1:1 Coaching is Active Support. Your Coach will reach out to you, follow up with you etc.

ADHD U, on the other hand, offers:

✅ Weekly group planning calls
✅ Light-touch, consistent accountability that you reach out for.
✅ Drop-in coworking sessions
✅ Monthly skill-building workshops
✅ 24/7 support in our student-only online space

It’s like having a coach in your corner without the pressure (or the price tag) of private sessions. ADHD U helps students learn how to manage their own systems, ask for help when needed, and build the self-direction they’ll need beyond college. ADHD U is a little more passive than the 1:1 Coaching, but supportive and helpful nonetheless.

And if you ever do need more personalized support? ADHD U members get first access to our limited 1:1 coaching spots.
